What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within Belgium are 4.95 euros. This shipping cost will not be charged if you place an order above 30 euros.
What is the delivery time?
The time for delivery of a package is foreseen around 2 to 5 working days. This can always be a little longer depending on the number of orders.
How will my package be sent?
The goods are sent by our e-fullfilment partner “Webship” which cooperates with Bpost, PostNL & DPD.
My package has not arrived. What now?
Don't panic, we are happy to help you! Unfortunately, it is possible that your order has been sent by us, but has not been received by you. Notify us by e-mail if you have not received your package to order@gutssdrinks.com and to orders@webship.be. Include all the details of your order in your e-mail: name, delivery address, order number. We will then look at what has happened to your package and inform you accordingly.
I have received an incomplete/incorrect package. What now?
Please contact orders@webship.be stating all the details of your order. Be sure to indicate what is wrong and/or missing from your order. After receiving your e-mail we will contact you as soon as possible.
How can I return my shipment?
Return period
When you buy goods or services from us, you have the right for 14 days from delivery or signing the agreement to decide whether you want to keep the goods or not. You can then return your order without having to pay a penalty or state a reason (you pay the cost of return carriage yourself), on condition that the bottle in unopened and that the moulded capsule (the little piece of plastic on the cap) is undamaged.
If you receive a damaged shipment, you have 3 days to notify us of the damage by sending an e-mail to order@gutssdrinks.com.
Within 14 days of receiving your order back and checking whether you wish to cancel the agreement, we will refund the full purchase price of your order using the same payment method with which you paid.
Return charges
This means that the direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. We will give you an indication of what this cost is or make an estimate if it cannot be reasonably calculated in advance.
Refunds
We will hold on to the refund until we have received the goods back and checked them.
Conditions
We expect you to handle your order and the packaging with care for the first 14 days after delivery. If you still wish to return the goods, as described above, this will only be permitted if the bottle is unopened and the moulded capsule (the little piece of plastic on the cap) is undamaged. If you return the goods, the return shipment must include the original packaging, all accessories supplied and in their original condition.
Items can only be returned on the following conditions:
Items show no trace of being used
Items are returned with all attached labels and stickers
Items are in their original, undamaged packaging
Items still have their undamaged moulded capsule on the cap (little piece of plastic on the cap)
You can send back your return package through the post or by courier.
Important: make sure that the products are properly packed so that they reach us undamaged.
